Philipp Weishaupt speeds to victory in Al Shasira'aa
 

In Al Shasira'aa the Rolex Grand Slam winner of Spruce Meadows last year, has claimed the victory in the 1.45m Longines Ranking class. Germany's Weishaupt jumped to victory aboard the 10-year-old Baloubet du Rouet-son, Belo Horizonte.

The pair made a clear finish in 30.62 seconds, staying almost one second ahead on Henrik von Eckermann in the saddle of the 12-year-old sBs-gelding, Artiste de l'Abbaye d'Aulne (by Conquest van de Helle). Before von Eckermann it was Belgium's Jérome Guery who competed the 12-year-old gelding.

Khaled ABdulrahman Almobty shared the second spot with the Swedish show jumping rider. Together with the Darco-daughter, Dona Evita Almobty finished clear in 31.47 seconds. This Belgian Warmblood mare found her way to Saudi-Arabia through USA's Laura Kraut.

The top five was completed by Khalid Hilal Al Khatri (Sierra, f. Silvio) and Tina Lund (Ziezo, f. Guidam).
