Patrice Delaveau is "at home" in La Baule. The French show jumping rider just claimed the 1.60m CSIO5* Grand Prix. Before Delaveau also won already twice the Grand Prix and the Derby.

"I'm very happy, for me winning in front of my own crowd is just amazing. These victories just make memories that'll stay forever," states Delaveau. Looking forward the French show jumper says; "I'm trying to get selected for the World Equestrian Games with Aquila. She's in a good shape and we'll do our best to keep her in shape. We'll do some competitions but not to much. At this moment Aquila is the only horse I can count on for a championship like this."

Also Kent Farrington jumped in the spotlights.

"I'm so happy. This is my second competition after my injury earlier this year. In the warm -up Patrice told me he wouldn't rush in the jump-off, I don't know what happened," laughts Farrington. "It was an amazing day. I'm happy Gazelle and I are back. Next week we'll take our chances at the CSIO in Rome."
