Egypt on top in thrilling CSI4* class Liverpool
While the World Cup in Mechelen is still going strong, riders are jumping in Liverpool as well. The first 4-star class of the day was a 1m45 class, ridden directly against the clock.

The Egyptian rider Sameh El Dahan took the victory. He and Miss G Tracy (f. Douglas) cleared the course in 57,22 seconds. With this time, he was only a little faster than Tobias Meyer. Meyer jumped a clear round as well with the 11-year old mare Coeur de Lion 22 (f. Carenzo) and finished in 57,26 seconds. Harry Charles and Doulita (f. Wittinger VDL) ended on third place. They left the wood untouched and crossed the finish line after 58,18 seconds.

Shane Breen (Yacuma BK) and Nigel Coupe (Jubilee III) completed the top five.
