In this exciting showdown of the Global Champions League final in Miami Beach things got quit shaken up. The 1m55/1m60 CSI5* class also counted for the Longines Rankings and as qualifier for the Grand Prix.

The beautiful sandy beach in Miami has drawn quit some attention and the public where treated at some real horsemanship. In the end it's the home team Miami Celtics that win this round of the GCL competition under a loud applause of the public. Riders Shane Breen and his Ipswich van de Wolfsakker (by Carembar de Muze) and Michael Duffy and his Quintano 35 (by Quintero) finish with a stunning 6 penalties in the lead. Teams as Valkenswaard United dropped like flies in this challenging course. Even the two teams that were above the Celtics didn't keep it clear taking them to second and third place.

Belgium's Pieter Devos aboard Claire Z (by Clearway) and Athina Onassis and her MHS Going Global (by Quidam Junior) took second place for the ST Tropez Pirates with 7 penalties.

The Berlin Eagles then follow on third place with 8 penalties.

Individually


In the individual rankings it's Carlos Enrique Lopez Lizarazo who took the lead aboard his G & C Arrayan (by. Baloubet du Rouet). With a beautiful clear round in 66.33 seconds he raced across the finish. Margie Goldstein-Engle follows in second place aboard Dicas (by Diarado) with 66.44 seconds, while Peder Fredricson and H&M Christian K (by Namelus R) took third place.
