Paul O'Shea conquers CSIO5* Grand Prix at the Palm Beach Masters
From the 15 combinations at the start in the Jump-Off of the 1.60m CSIO5* Grand Prix at Deeridge Farm, Florida, three pairs kept the rails intact. Eventually it was Ireland's Paul O'Shea who conquered the Grand Prix with his 11-year-old Imerald van 't Voorhof.

Frans Voeten's 11-year-old Emerald-son brought Ireland's O'Shea a victory in 36.03 seconds. The combination was followed with a minimal difference by USA's veteran Margie Goldstein-Engle aboard her 15-year-old Royce (Cafe Au Lait). Engle and Royce also kept the timer under the 37 seconds.

Colombia's Juan Manuel Gallego followed in third with his 13-year-old Coulash van de Broy Z (Cadence v t Gelutt). Together with Birgit Engelbosch' breeding product Gallego stayed ahead on Israel's Danielle Goldstein.

Goldstein set the record time with her 13-year-old Lizziemary. Together with the Cabri d'Elle-daughter,  Goldstein jumped one rail down in 34.43 seconds. The top five was completed by Elizabeth Madden with Chic Hin D Hyrencourt (Taran de la Pomme).
